Duties include:
•Create and modify documents
•Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: faxing, mailing, and filing
•Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
•Research prices and purchasing
•Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
•Maintain and distribute staff schedules & duties
•Support staff in assigned project based work
Also should have the following skills
•Knows how to use the internet
•Knows how to use MS office products especially word, excel, outlook & PowerPoint
•Good command of both English & Arabic languages (some translation will be required) |
